Hi, I'm Sheila and I'd love to care for your pet! I'm currently studying vet medicine at LMU and I hope to own my own veterinary practice one day! I'm married, living with my husband and our two doggos. We have a fun Siberian Husky and a sweet lab mix. They love and get along with every pet I take in- it's all just play dates for them. I've been working with animals in clinics and shelters my whole life. I also grew up on a farm; we've owned all types of animals, big and small. I don't mind any special care requirements either; its all just extra veterinary experience for me! Big or small, dog or cat, let me take care of your furry friends!

Our two girls (husky and lab) are super friendly and love all doggy visitors. They'll get tons of play time along with walk time and frequent potty breaks. We stay active in this house! When it's rest time though, doggos are allowed on our furniture and bed for snuggles!

Please be sure to let me know any bad habits such as food aggression or counter surfing, along with any anxiety triggers (for example: my dog is terrified of beeping electronics). I want to make sure their time here is as enjoyable (if not more ?) than it is at home.
A typical day
At least three times a day, I give a 10-15 minute walk down our quiet road. I also try to hit the trails in Cumberland Gap Park or our local dog park for my more energetic visitors. Besides those activities, staying with me guarantees potty breaks every hour and a cabinet full of new toys of all kinds: squeaky, tug-of-war, plush cuddles, and tough chewers.

Availability
If I accept a boarding request, you have my guarantee that I am home with your pupper! I have a flexible schedule so that your pet gets the best care! I am not a boarding facility so I will not crate your animal unless you want me to. They get to run free in my house alongside my own two dogs. I will treat them as my own 🙂 During school semester, I will only board on weekends or holidays I have off. Otherwise, contact me for your drop-in and walking needs.
