Dear Loving Dog Owner, My name is Oak and I currently live with my two dogs Raven and Crowley, and hamster Howl. We have recently been blessed with a lovely backyard and spacious two story living space. This means that any pup or cat that stays with us will have the opportunity to stay in their own private room upstairs with me. My years of experience as a pet owner as well as working at a doggy daycare has prepared me for the opportunity to have your pup or cat stay in my home. I am experienced with accommodating medication needs, giving medication, caring for higher energy dogs, and reading dog and cat body languages. My pets are very friendly and playful and would love the opportunity to meet new friends. They are also up to date with all vaccines to ensure their health. If you’d like your pet to enjoy a private spacious room during their stay away from home, then our home is the right place for them. I look forward to speaking with you soon. -Oak M

I have a long leash that is connected to a tree I allow my pups to go on when they are outside. They are able to wonder around inside anytime they aren’t outside and go for daily walks as well. There are plenty of toys to play with while supervised too.

I’ll need to know if your dog is friendly with other dogs, cats, and people before I can watch him/her to be sure I provide the necessary accommodations. I have plenty of experience with reactive dogs and can potentially house them, if I know the level of reactivity. I have no breed restrictions as all pups deserve the opportunity to be loved.
A typical day
During a stay with me your pup would get the opportunity to visit the local dog park close to my home. They would also have the opportunity to go on long walks around the neighborhood and receive plenty of cuddles and pets during their stay.

Availability
I am a full time graduate student and currently working my clinical internship. That means I am away from home MWF for 8 hours at a time. When I’m not working I’m home often as I am a homebody and enjoy spending time in my yard outside with my pups.
