Overall, had a stressful experience! Asked us to pick up our dog 2 days earlier while we were states away and we explained to her our flight would arrive late, yet she still asked us to come earlier the day of the pickup while we were still in the airport. Granted, our dog is not the most behaved, but we are paying you for a reason to look after him and provide care.
