Hi 😃 My name is Sheila and I would love to be considered to watch your furry friend. I have 2 dogs of my own: Dottie, a 12 year old Rat Terrier mix and Penny, a 5 year old Lab/Whippet mix. I have lots of experience from caring for friends' pets to taking educational courses (listed below). I have experience in veterinary care and am trained in animal tactical combat care and keep an animal first aid kit on hand. 🐾 I know the feeling of leaving your pet with someone can be worrisome; but rest assured, I will make sure your pet feels like part of my family while they are here and provide you with DAILY updates and photos (happy to provide more on request). I also have an Instagram account you can follow if you would like to see what your pet is up to in between updates (please let me know if you do not want your pet posted). 📸🐶 Instagram: @sheilaonrover 🐕 While your pet is in my care, they will get plenty of outside play time to enjoy their favorite thing.... Sheila and Jacob are great with my dog. Recently she has become more territorial and injured one of Sheila’s dogs. I was so sorry that this happened. Other than that last day piper loved spending time with Sheila and Jacob. Sheila provides a lot of pictures and regular updates about what piper is up to.
Great communication and easy-going, my dog always comes home happy and tired from playing with Sheila's pups!
Sheila & Jordan were amazing! I could tell he was so happy to have spent time with them, he was more excited to see them than me, which is a great sign! Sheila provided awesome and frequent updates as well as posts on her rover Instagram page. Her two dogs were so playful as well, definitely kept my doggo engaged. Thanks again guys!

🐕 I have a fenced in yard for your dog to run, play, and dig as often as they want. I will never leave your dog outside unattended. Even if it's just a potty break, I will be outside with them to watch out for any escape artists and make sure they are safe.

‼️ If your dog is aggressive, territorial, dominant, or has separation anxiety please let me know BEFORE booking. Let me know if your dog will need medications or if they have any dietary requirements. I am also comfortable with raw feeding if the food and instructions are provided. If they need a bath, is there a certain shampoo they can or cant use? Does your dog ever have destructive behavior from anxiety, boredom, etc.? If we go for a walk at a park, how is your dog with people coming up to pet? Are they okay with kids coming up to pet them? Is there any past medical history such as heat strokes and allergies? If your dog has additional special needs or unique care instructions, please let me know so that I can make sure I am properly prepared and able to accommodate them.
A typical day
? A typical day while your pet is with me can be as active or lazy as your pet wants. ? They will have plenty of room to run and get their energy out in the backyard. But if they aren't feeling too playful in the yard, then we'll go for a walk around the neighborhood. The pace and distance of all walks will be appropriate for your pet's normal energy level, age, and overall health. If there are additional concerns regarding physical limitations, please let me know before drop-off. ?? We will spend most of the day playing and running outside, weather permitting. Clean water will be provided outside and there are 4 water bowls a available inside. If your dog needs controlled water access please let me know of before drop-off. ? After playing outside they will come inside to wind down and get ready for bed time.

Availability
🐶 Keeping your dog on a regular routine is important to helping them feel safe and comfortable in a new environment. I work Mon-Fri, but my husband is at home during the day - so your pet will never be left unattended. 🐕🦺 We will always get your permission before taking your dog with us on any adventures (hikes, events, shopping trips, car rides, etc.). We have seat belts and additional leashes and harnesses if needed.
