Would having a trained veterinary professional and animal lover stay with your pets bring more peace of mind to your vacation? Then look no further! I have worked in animal care for over 10 years and have been a licensed Vet Tech for 5. Along with my training, I am a lifelong pet owner who's life passion is caring for animals and would love to help your pets feel as comfortable as possible while you are out of the house. If your pet has any special medical needs, I am happy to keep track of that while you are gone. I am trained in all medication administration, including any injections. **Have other pets in addition to dogs?? Great! I am trained with all house pets, including small mammals.**

My cats are very picky with people and they warned up to Shealynn on the first meeting. She even sent me pictures when I told her she didn't need to.
I ask Shealynn to walk my dogs for me in the mornings while I was away. She was fantastic! Easy to schedule a meet and greet with and very communicative. I got daily doggie reports and enjoyed knowing they were well cared for while I was gone. My dogs were quite upset the next morning when they realized she wasn't coming! They loved her!!
My kitty, Miette, is not an easy kitty. She is anxious and can be aggressive. To add to her difficulties she needs oral medication given each evening. Shealynn was amazing with her. She has great skills and an even better attitude. Thanks for being so wonderful, Shealynn!
I have never left my animals with anyone who was not close family before this trip, and because of not having any family in the area our trips were always limited to day excursions. Shealynn was everything I was hoping for! She was nice and personable, and has a love for animals that makes you feel better about leaving your fur children with her. The daily check ins, comments and photos made our trip so much easier! I will for sure be booking here again for our next stay!

No breed preferences! If your dog has any personality quirks, just mention them and we will work with it. If your dog has a hard time being friendly with strangers, let's work out a time to meet before your trip so that they can have some time to warm up to me. Also, I would love to know your dog's typical daily schedule and favorite activities so we can keep life as normal as possible for them.
A typical day
I would love to play your dog's favorite game, whether that be throwing a ball or taking a walk around the block. I believe that playtime is the way to a dog's heart. Is your dog more of a relaxed one? Then, I will carve out plenty of time for snuggles on the couch.

I work full time during the week, but often have a Monday or Friday off during the week. If you are looking for someone mid-week, please let's discuss. I can always drop by early or late around my work schedule.
