I have worked at Scott’s kennels in North Stonington for about 5 1/2 years. I work 5 days a week and love my job and all the regular and new customers I meet along the way. Over my time working I’ve learned a lot about how dogs and cats can behave and interact with others, along with dealing with emergencies and knowing what to do when something may go wrong. I have experience with handling and giving medication along with a set feeding schedule. I understand the importance of set medication schedules and feeding. I also have experience with customers who may have higher maintenance dogs, so it is easy for me to follow specific instruction when given. I have lots of experience bathing different types of dogs as I help with grooming every week at work. Every day at work I do playgroups with more than one dog as well as private playtimes and walks. The one on one time is always my favorite part of my days there. Overall, I feel qualified enough to give my time in caring for your wonderful animals.
