Well, let’s start with the basics. 😊 I am a current college student, committed to gaining fluency in Spanish, with a major in Nursing. I hope to gain a specialty in Neonatal or Forensic nursing. I volunteer at the Houston SPCA during my free time and it’s hard not to take every dog home! Throughout my childhood, I was always able to engage with pets of all kinds from reptiles to dogs, but never one of my own. After relentless begging, I finally got my first puppy in 2009. My sweet man, aka Jax, is a handsome male Yorkshire terrier. He loves to cuddle and take naps with me after I’ve had a long day at work or school. Most importantly, he accompanies me during sunny days for our daily relaxing walks. In having my own little “monkey” I have realized just how much I enjoy loving on, spending time with, and learning about man’s best friend!
