Hi! I’m Shayne. I grew up in Victoria and I am so happy to call this beautiful city home. I grew up with a dog my entire life. They are my favourite animals! There is nothing I won’t do for your piece of mind and the happiness of your furry friend. I am patient, kind, and am a dog mum myself. I know that we go above and beyond for our sweet little guys and I want you to know that I will care for them as if they are my own! I am able to bathe your dog(s), brush them, walk them, trim their nails (if need be), and just offer an all-around warm and friendly experience. I want you to know that the safety and care of your pets is my number one priority.

We were fortunate to have Shayne come house-dog sit for us for 3 days recently. She is a very caring and professional young lady who was punctual, attentive and extremely pleasant and easy to communicate with. She even came back for a final dog walk and tuck in when we were unexpectedly delayed by ferry waits. Highly recommend Shayne if you want well cared for pets and someone that you can trust to treat your home as it were her own.

I do not have any breed preferences. If they are skiddish or certain things really scare them or may make them flee. Do they need to be on a leash at all times? Do they have a tendency to dig under fences? Do they have a favourite toy? All important things I would like to know.
A typical day
We have a dog park close to my house, but if that isn’t ideal for your pet, I am happy to take them for walks around the block. Fun activities will include playing in the yard, and throwing the ball around if they like. Or maybe they prefer a chew toy of sorts? Whatever their preference is based on what you tell me about your canine.
