our dogs love Shayna!

Shayna took care of my dogs for a week. She came over once before I had to leave and quickly picked up on all the small nuances of each of my 3 dogs, noting personalities, needs etc. She was very tuned into the animals. While I was gone she did not hesitate to contact me with any questions (there were only two) which I really appreciated. Other dog sitters have not wanted to "bother" us while on vacation and instead created unnecessary stress for my dogs. She played with them and cared for them and still enforced the rules and guidelines we asked her to observe. Often dog sitters tend to "relax the rules" to make friends but this always makes it very hard to maintain well-mannered dogs when we get back home. We really appreciated Shayna's overall relationship and care of our dogs and would have every confidence to have her come back. Lastly, I need to emphasize how comforting it is to have someone that exudes trustworthiness as Shayna does. It can be worrisome to have a stranger have access to your house as well as the confidence of your animals while you're away and I felt very good with Shayna in charge and very comfortable with her in the house.
