I have known Shayna for over 15 years, having first met her at a job we both worked. I currently have two rescue dogs, and one of them is from India and is terrified of people. Shayna is one of the only people I trust to watch her when I go out of town, as Shayna has spent countless hours earning her trust and becoming one of her favorite people in the world. She has a kind but firm way with dogs so that they feel safe and loved. I have seen her interact with many different breeds and sizes of dogs, and have always been impressed with her ability to earn their trust quickly. She spent many hours training her father's dog in years past, a very large, stubborn male dog, and to this day she is one of the only people he responds to when it comes to behaving on a leash, not to mention he adores her. I sincerely believe that she has the technique, physical strength, and compassion to be an excellent dog walker/sitter/whatever is required. Any dog would be lucky to know her, and their parents could rest easy knowing they are in good hands!
