Pet care experience
I’ve taken care of my own dogs all my life up until about 4 years ago when I joined the industry. I am a full time Pitty Mama and former Veterinary Technician and a current employee at a Doggy Daycamp getting loved, trampled, and licked 24/7! They say a dog is a man’s best friend, but I am simply the dogs best friend.

Shay is amazing with all animals! She is caring and always makes sure your pet is happy and healthy! Not only will she be attentive to your animals needs but she always makes sure they are getting the play time and love they deserve! I’ve known Shayla for a really long time and wherever Shay goes…usually an animal is following! She cares for them immensely and treats each one equally. From puppies to the disabled to seniors, Shay’s world is a dogs world…and any other animals world at that! Book Shay, and you will surely be happy you did!
Shay is knowledgeable, compassionate, and loves anything 2 legged, 3 legged, 4 legged, 5! She takes care of my animals as her own and takes pride in the future she is building for animals around her. She has taken care of my senior dogs who need physical assistance and medication and was more than happy to love them. I seriously recommend Shay for absolutely any pet needs you may have!

I am equipped with slip leads for God forbid sudden captures, treat pouches for positive reinforcement, I pick up the pace for puppies and don’t mind a stroll for the seniors! Does your pup need medication? I can administer it! It’s cold and your 100 pounder needs their jacket? I can dress them! Do they need a snack after their walk? Leave me some food and i’ll feed them! In need of some spa treatment? I am experienced in bathing and nail trims! Anything for a furry friend :) (For both mine and the dog’s/cats safety nail trims vary by the toleration of each pet)

Let me know if there are any special needs, medications, expectations or requests! I am able to administer all medications, though if your pet has an injectable I prefer to only administer injections that go under the skin. Please let me know if any illness, allergies, etc. and make sure your animals vaccines are up to date!
A typical day
I love to stimulate dogs (and cats!) both physically and mentally. I have Snuffle Mats, Licki Mats, and more for enrichment stimulation, I have a big beautiful yard on a private road for animals to sniff and explore, and come on, I WORK at a doggy daycamp, im always coming up with creative crafty ideas for your pups!

I work full time taking care of dogs, though with my flexible schedule I can’t help but try and fill my free time gaps with…..you guessed it….More dogs!!!! For Dog Walking, Drop in Visits, and Daycare, I am completely free Mondays, Wednesday mornings, Thursdays, and Saturdays! Sundays are easy! For Boarding I am free 24/7 even for last minute bookings!
