We had many issues with Shayla’s stay, firstly that she didn’t spend the night when we had explicitly gone over that as a requirement for house sitting. Second she fed our cat hours outside of her feeding window, also explicitly explained in the instructions. We had to have a relative come by to feed her one night because she hadn’t show. Up to feed her for the 6pm feeding by 9:45 at night. She didn’t check her rover messages and fed her again at 11:20 pm. Overall very upset and told her to not come back when we could finally get a hold of her by leaving a note on our door.

There are just not enough stars for Shayla! We have a rambunctious puppy and two cats. One of our kitties is old and has multiple illnesses, requiring meds and more monitoring than most. She has a ton of experience with special needs animals and cared for ours like her they were her own. And on top of that, kept our energetic dog entertained as well! She sent multiple updates and photos each day. I will not hesitate to use her again, and would definitely encourage you to use her if you have hesitations about leaving your animals.
