My name is Shay, and my passion is providing fun, love, enrichment, and structure for your pets! I have been a pet parent to dogs, cats, reptiles, fish, small animals, and many more critters, and have experience ranging from the domestic, farm, and even zoo animals! My animal care journey started as I entered high school and started volunteering at the zoo during the summers, as well as helping out at my local veterinarian's office. As an adult I went from working in retail pet supplies, then became a dog and cat groomer, and then an adoption and behavioral counselor for a non-profit shelter. As a pet care provider, my goal is to care for your pets the way you would and provide them with the same structure, routines, and love they are used to receiving. I am able to maintain any training and commands you have established with your animals and specialize in working with "out of the box" behavioral needs. Services I am able to provide are check-ins, walks, training sessions, and even hiking! I am trained to provide both oral and syringe medications, and senior animal care, and have a world of experience with puppies and rescue animals. I am conveniently located in Grand Junction and can provide for customers in the surrounding areas (Palisade, Fruita, Redlands, and more).
