We booked Shawnara to stay at our home with our two big dogs. We weren't able to meet in person beforehand because of our travel dates, but during our video conversation, I became instantly at ease with Shawnara. She was professional, kind, and clearly had experience with all kinds and sizes of pups. Her communication was great. She was flexible and was able to help us with a few tasks around our house. She sent pictures and updates of our dogs during her stay. We hope to work with her again in the future!

We were in a bind having to leave our home for a couple of weeks and not having ANYONE to watch over our pets. I found ROVER and although I was sceptical of having someone I did not know come to our house and take care of our pets. I was absolutely impressed from the first encounter of the policy and professionalism of ROVER. The agent we choose is SO AMAZING. My pets liked her from the beginning. She did everything for our pets that we needed. She is very professional. My pets were very well taken care of. She contacted me before and after each visit, and gave me an update on our pets. Even pictures. I would recommend ROVER to Anyone who need the occasional pet sitter to often. I definitely will use ROVER and HOPEFULLY the Same Agent Again.
