I love animals. I only sit for rescue pets. I have been a volunteer for rescues for more than a decade and most recently with Humane Society of North Texas, Rockwell Friends, Austin Animal Center and Austin Pets Alive. I have trained service animals for people with epilepsy and food allergies. I also am a certified animal behaviorist. Typically, I remember people’s cat’s and pup’s name long before their human’s. I really do go to parties and talk to the “cat and dog of the house”. I’ve never met a cat or dog who didn’t like me but then I always carry primo treats ;) I have lived in three different countries and two continents. I’m forever optimistic thanks to my rescue cats and pups :) All my pets are super chill and have me well trained :) They really have taught me well :) I have a cat who prefers dogs, a cat who is sure he is a dog and insists on going on walks. I have a senior, little Pomeranian mix. I adopted him when he was young and he is just perfect (I can take zero credit). I also have giant cuddle bugs. Confident, calm and caring. These pups are helping other rescues find their courage. We go to dog parks (yes, the cat, too :) a lot, of adoption events, dog-friendly cafes, watch Netflix under the covers and hang out in my fenced yard! I’d love to meet your furry family member ! :) I am happy to meet and pick up/drop off at no charge in Uptown Dallas. Your pet would be staying in Palmer, Texas at my home with a fenced yard where I will be home and with your pet all day :) You are more than welcome to come and see my home for yourself and tour where your fur baby will be vacationing.
