Hi there! I am a passionate animal lover who believes that special bonds are developed with our dogs that are unlike any other, so we always want them in the care of someone we can trust. I endeavor to be a calm, friendly, and confident handler with a focus on stimulation and positivity, who is dedicated to developing an engaging and trusting relationship with your pup. I have been working professionally with dogs for nearly 10 years. I am also pursuing professional certification in dog training, as well as my diploma in animal care. I am comfortable working with any size, age, temperament, or breed of dog, and I have experience working with puppies, seniors, multiples, and reactive dogs. Helping families provide their beloved pups with as much enrichment and happiness as possible is my ultimate goal and my lifelong calling.

Your pup will always be on leash when on a walk, I will also use backup collars (with owner's permission of course) with my contact information in addition to the collar or harness provided, as an added security in case of slip outs or breaks. I am very aware of my environment and strive to never put your dog in an uncomfortable or fearful situation. I will always advocate for your dog's physical and mental well-being.

Knowing how they respond to different stimuli, such as people, sounds, vehicles, and other animals while on the walk. This is especially imporant if there is something they are fearful of, or reactive towards. Equally as important, is knowing what your pup loves! What motivates them? What's they're favourite reward or game? Also include any and all information that you think is important to properly care for your four-legged family member, no detail is too small.
A typical day
I love to stimulate and enrich your dog's as much as possible while on our walks. This can include roaming fields and trails on a long line, playing tug-of-war or fetch, practicing obedience, and always providing ample time to sniff around. I do my best to take your pets to large green spaces and quiet trails, while staying within walking distance of your home, to ensure they get the most of their time outside.

Availability
Outside of my work with dogs, I am a full-time homemaker. This leaves me with ample availability to come and walk your pups! I am not at all scared of the weather, rain or shine, I will be there to walk your dog. However, I will discuss shorter walks on days that are particularly hot or cold (depending on breed) to ensure your pups safety.
