I have known Shawn L. for about 20 years I hired him when he was about 10 years old to clean the barn, cut the grass and go dog walking with me. When he graduated high school and entered the military,I lost not only an employee, but a friend. After his discharged and return,I quickly recruited him to be the caretaker for our property when we were out of town or on vacation. His responsibilities included taking care of all our horses, barn cats and dogs. Instead of just coming twice a day to take care of things, he would stay at the house full time. the dogs actually slept with him at night. Shawn is an honest, dependable young man that I would highly recommend for any position of employment
