I'm a full-time work-from-home freelancer who previously hosted dogs in Pennsylvania. I've been a dog lover ever since I could comprehend what a dog was. Most of my clients love daily check-ins, or some even more frequent than that. I'm more than happy to send some photos, fill you in on the day's events, and provide any other kind of info that’ll put your mind at ease. Trust me -- throughout my life, I’ve been worried about leaving my own pets anywhere, so I completely understand. Just tell me what will help you feel more comfortable with the visit/walk and I’ll do it. I am fortunate enough to make my own schedule at the moment. So if you see a time open, I can indeed cover it.

Our 8 year old and 6 year old labradoodles had never stayed with anyone but family. We were definitely nervous about having to find someone to watch them when we had an out of town family wedding. We were so lucky to have found Shawn. Shawn was terrific and we couldn't be happier about how things went with him. It's obvious that he's a dog lover and our dogs took to him right away. Everything went so well! We would definitely look to board them with Shawn again in the future!

Shawn took care our 4 month old yorkie and on the second day Beau was actually excited to see him. I would certainly bring Beau back to him when we return to Harrisburg.

I take dogs who stay in my home on a minimum of one 30-minute walk per day (not including ventures outdoors for bathroom breaks, etc). If your dog walks better alone than with a group, be sure to let me know!
