Pet care experience
Although my pet sitting has been limted to the past 5yrs with family and friends, I grew up surrounded by many animals on the farms of both my granparents. I'm a committed full-time teacher, a devoted mom, and have found a new passion for providing short-term care for what I hope will be bunches of new furry pals. For me, it's not about the money, but about fostering great care relationships. I look forward to serving your family's needs.

Shawn was amazing with Willow! She is kind, gentle and loving. Shawn was able to connect with Willow, anticipate her needs and was able to provide it thus soothing Willow’s anxiety. Shawn did not rush her drop in visits which also aided in calming Willow’s separation fears. Shawn communicated with me at every visit to ensure this Dog Mom was also at ease while enjoying a vacation. I would recommend Shawn 100 times over and will definitely hire her again!! Awesome!!!
We highly recommend Shawn. She was a God send. Cowboy loved her. She played, she walked him and he was very excited to be with her After we got back, he still looked for her. Shawn is a absolute angel.
Shawn has been an excellent pet sitter for my two nine-year-old Basset Hound/Australian Shepherd mixes for the last year. She and her daughters have walked, fed, paid attention to, and provided treats for my dogs about one weekend a month and the dogs love them all! Not only am I confident that I am giving my dogs the best care I can even when I am away, Shawn also send me photographic evidence and checks in regularly via text message. I wouldn't trust anyone more!

A typical day
I love parks and trails, and am partial to safer/low-traffic areas. I’m aware of a great deal of dog parks In the area and would have no problem transporting your furry friend for a day of socialization and play.

Availability
I’m a school teacher so I’m mostly available during weekends or evenings after 4pm. Once summer break starts, I’m pretty much readily available. If you find a need for a sitter during weeknight evenings, just shoot me a message and I’ll open the date for you.
