Pet care experience
I have been taking care of my family and friends' dogs for over 20 years now and have decided to do this to help out family, friends and to meet new friends as well. I have a 17 year old and we absolutely love animals, but dogs are the best! There is something about them that gives me peace, comfort and joy. Unfortunately, I am not in a position to have my own, so I decided to pet sit so that I can get my puppy love on!! I am available whenever you need, except when I travel. My apartment will only accommodate small and medium dogs. I would prefer meeting the dog prior to boarding. I have experience administering meds if needed. I do work during the day from home, so I will be home all day with my pups!! Special skills would be cuddling! :) I will love and care for your dog as if they were my own!

Shawanda is great with Sparkle. She treats her just like her own little baby. Sparkle loves going to her and gets excited as soon as she realizes we have pulled up in the parking lot. So much love they have for each other.

I do have carpet and the majority of my dogs are crate trained for the workday. Since I'm home, I will only need to crate if I can't take them with me. I do not want to risk any damages.

I just need to know that the dogs are fixed, have flea and tick treatments and have all shots. They need to be fully potty trained (this is not negotiable). I am not able to watch puppies that are not fully potty trained. I would need to know if they are crate trained and comfortable in a crate or a pen when I go out. I need to know if they get along with other dogs, just in case we have overlap in care.
A typical day
We like to go to Dairy Queen for pup cups and Starbucks for pupaccinos! We take trips to PetSmart and the boardwalk on the beach.

Availability
I work from home, so unless I need to run out or have an event, they will not be left alone for no more than 4 to 6 hours depending on the event. Generally speaking, I do not have that many events. 😊
