My childhood dream was to be a veterinarian. I joined the Air Force right out of high school and honorably served our country for almost 6 years. When I got out of the military I started college. I was a single mom putting myself through college and decided that the time required to go to veterinary school would not be good for my son and I (he was nine months old when I started school). I continued with college and became a registered nurse which has been a great job for me. I have been a nurse for 12 years. I worked for a veterinarian about 1-1/2 years while in college trying to figure out my path in life. I did some house sitting when I was in college and still house sit for friends when they go out of town. I have two big dogs of my own and the sweetest cat ever. I love my fur babies and I would love to care for your fur babies. I live close to Piedmont and work from home full-time. I have the flexibility during the day to visit your home to let them go outside or take them on walks.
