I was not pleased at ALL. Whomever this person is didnt care to meet and greet, day of drop off wasnt home. I got no answer when I attempted to drop off at time we agreed upon. When I messaged this person, they said they were out buying weed and to leave m pup with her son. Out the whole week I received 1 picture and 1 short video. When I turned my pup over to her son, my pup had no scars or bruises. When I picked him up,his elbows had scars and missing hair as if he been laying on concrete the whole week he was in her/their care. Oh, and when I picked him up, some girl brought him outside. So honestly I don't know if a Shauna F exists because I never met her. If I wasnt pushed for time upon leaving for work, i wouldve cancelled from the start. I'm highly disappointed and now reconsidering using your services again. I wish my pup could talk because i dont feel like he was taken good care of.
