I enjoy dogs and cats. Clients hire me for my trustworthy reputation and because of my rapport with animals. I have a calm personality and enjoy outdoor activities. Shy pets warm up to me pretty quickly. I usually walk dogs an average of 3-4 times a day and follow owner's usual schedules for them. In addition to our dog park, I enjoy taking dogs on hikes and nearby trails. In the past, I have sat for include labradoodles, French bull dogs, American bull dogs, wiener dogs, and mixed breeds. I am comfortable with up to 3 dogs at a time, up to 3 cats, and cats & dogs that are familiar with each other. Can’t wait to watch your pet! I love going above and beyond to provide high-quality service for the value. *Prices are to account for the 20% Rover fee charged to sitters. I currently work remotely which allows me to spend time with pets and walk them frequently. I do stay overnight for pets that have separation anxiety. I treat your place like my home, keeping it better than I left it. I usually wash the sheet & remake the bed as well as take out the trash. My aim is to make returning home as easy as possible. For pets, I follow the routines and norms that families do to make it as stress-free as possible for the fur friends.

Shateara was a superb house sitter. She came before the visit to meet the dogs and my dogs loved her, and they don't warm up to people easily. When we got home the dogs were excited but we could tell that they had a good time, they weren't too excited (if your dogs are like mine you know what I mean). She sent pictures frequently and even cleaned the house before she left. I will absolutely be using her again. She is worth the premium she charges.

My demeanor is calmer and nurturing, which makes me a great fit for anxious dogs or dogs with special needs.
