Pet care experience
I have cared for all kinds of animals since I was young. From horses to rabbits, chickens, dogs and cats, I learned to be both responsible and compassionate and have loved caring for animals my entire life! I no longer have any pets of my own but I love to travel and care for other people’s pets while they are away. I understand the importance of having a trustworthy sitter who is attentive to each animal’s needs!

Shastin was a pet and house sitter for me for many years. She did an excellent job and I always came home to happy and safe pets!! She is kind, courteous, and very responsible. She takes her job of caring for your pets very seriously and always did an amazing job. I would highly recommend Shastin and I’m personally sad she’s not longer living in my area, because she’s the best!!!
Shastin is a lovely person who is amazing with animals. During her time on Kauai she pet sat for me many times. Her love and attention to their needs made me feel safe so I could travel. I highly recommend her services.

I currently don’t have a place at my home where I am able to care for pets. I can offer pet sitting services at a clients home. I find this to be less stressful on the animals since they will remain in their own familiar environment.

Please let me know any important information about your pets! Like if your dog is okay (or not okay) around other dogs, people or kids or anything else you think I should know. I try to be sensitive to every animal's unique needs.
A typical day
I would start the day off by making sure your pets have been well fed and given fresh clean water. Then if the weather is nice, I love taking dogs for walks, to run around and get fresh air. I like to check in and send pictures so that you know all is well and your babies are being well cared for. Evenings are usually spent chilling out, making dinner for me and the pets, playing with toys if available, lots of cuddles and maybe watching something on Netflix.

I am currently working during most days on the north shore. I have time to pet sit and provide one to two dog walks per day depending on my schedule the times may vary. Please check with me for more details.
