Pet care experience
Hi, I'm Sharon. In my care your pets will get attention from an experienced dog trainer and pet lover. Whether your dog needs a walk or playtime in the yard, or you have a cat that needs attention & a litter box cleaning, I'm happy to stop by and attend to them. My work experience ranges from chihuahuas to Italian mastiffs. My own Boxer-American Bulldog is deaf, so I am well versed in differently abled pets and communication through body language. My angel Boxer was a senior, so medical considerations are in my wheelhouse as well. I am happy to tend to minor clean ups, feed meals, and do things such as turn lights on for you if previously arranged. If it is too hot outside for a safe walk, after emptying the bladder we can have an indoor mental stimulation session with some training games. By having an open communication between us I feel we can find great walking/visiting solutions for your furry friends.

In my years as a dog trainer I am aware that not all dogs are friendly and wish to be approached or greeted by other dogs (or people!). I know to stay vigilant while on walks, to watch for body language of your & other dogs, to maintain distances, create barriers when necessary, and I carry an air horn as a deterrent.

Please let me know about your dogs preferences and dislikes. Does he love to play fetch? Does she not like to be touched on her head? Any medical issues such as arthritis or food allergies? The more you tell me, the more fun & safer visit we will have.
A typical day
We will walk around safe areas in your neighborhood. Should the weather be poor, we will have a potty break then engage in mentally stimulating activities in a safe environment. We can work on anything from basic obedience cues to scenting games.
