Kitties may not be crazy about change, but I’ve found they appreciate a loving and dependable presence in your place. With my experience working with rescues and holistic practitioners, I’m well-versed in their traits and needs. As a cat owner myself, I understand the emotions and concerns you may have while away and am here to offer you peace of mind. In a sea of sitters, I care deeply about your pet's well-being and the soulful connection you share. Not every sitter — - is certified in pet first aid + cpr ⛑ (recently renewed) - is well versed in feline behavior (all life stages) and treatments for common issues such as FLUTD / herpes / diabetes - manages her energy before entering your home ✨ - works to satisfy a cat’s primal instincts (think: engaged playtime and a clean litter box) 📦 - is aware of cat sensitivities (I do not wear perfumes or bring harmful toxins into your home) - is mindful of home safety, food safety, and environmental changes - is happy to transition pets to a new balanced diet, including raw or homemade (as appropriate) 🍲 - enters this relationship judgement-free 🤍 - provides an in-depth Cat Report Card at the end of every drop-in📋

Shay is the absolute best!! I’ve booked her several times to care for my kitties when going out of town and my kitties love her soooo much! They are typically two skittish cats but Shay always leaves a wonderful impression on them, so they always remember her and feel at ease when she drops in. Shay always gives the most detailed updates, sends amazing pics, stays in touch, goes above and beyond, and follows all care instructions to a T. This is my 3rd time having Shay watch my cat while I'm away. I have full trust that he's in good hands every time. The photo updates I receive really helps me to know he's doing well, which is one less thing for me to worry about. My place always looks just as I left it and his food/water/litter is always taken care of. She even offers to water my plants. I highly recommend her.
Shay took such wonderful care of my little ones over the holiday! She is very detailed oriented, and takes exceptionally great photos. I couldn't recommend her enough, your fur children will be in great, capable and caring hands.

A typical drop in involves lots of love, respecting boundaries, playtime, mealtime, and medication (if applicable). Return to your home as you left it. Please note: I work with “indoor-only” cats with the exception of catio-friendly homes. Please feel free to reach out to discuss your needs! As a WFH sitter, I love working with your cat’s schedule to maintain a consistent routine! If your drop in time range is flexible (within an hour), it allows me to fit in and help more kitties, especially those with medical needs.
