Excellent Ear Scratcher
Pet care experience
I am retired and living the dream by spending my time with dogs, nature and my grandkids! I have had at least one dog most of my life and enjoy their company immensely. Each dog is unique and it doesn’t take long to figure out what makes them comfortable and secure. I haven’t met many that didn’t like a scratch behind the ear.

Sharon was AMAZING watching our dog! She is very communicative, kind, and sent lots of photos while we were away. She also took care of a last minute health issue our pup had, and he came home in better shape than when we left :) Thank you Sharon!
Sharon was very sweet and loving to our Winston! Winston is very introverted and was surprisingly very social around her and Bella. She sent us updates and pictures of Winston often. I will be hiring Sharon again in the future
Stu had a great time at Sharon’s for the weekend! She was extremely communicative and sent multiple pictures of Stu playing with her sweet dog Bella. We’ll definitely book with Sharon again in the future!

I like to treat your pet as they are treated at home, so your input is requested. I don’t have a problem with them getting on my furniture if that is what they do at home. I offer frequent trips outside and throw a pretty good ball, if they are interested.

A typical day
My yard is dog friendly and I enjoying playing with pets. My dog, Bella, is great at playing with other dogs and is super intuitive to adjusting her play to their level. She will crawl over to smaller pets so they realize she is super friendly.

I am at home most of the day and have a great backyard and deck perfect for enjoying the weather when it’s good. If the dogs are outside, you can usually find me out there with them, reading or listening to a book.
