Some call us Sharonnie :) We started fostering dogs many years ago when I helped start the non-profit animal rescue "i Stand With My Pack. We then fell in love with dogs so much that we thought Rover would be the perfect place to get our doggy-fix. We are proud (some say obsessed) doggie parents to 2 pups - Tucker (8 yr/mini-aussie), Soli (5 yr/Pointer-Collie) who love new playmates. We give our dogs (2) 30-45 minute walks a day in our neighborhood and would love to walk as a pack with your pup too! ***MUST READ BEFORE REQUESTS*** SAFETY IS OUR NUMBER 1 PRIORITY. WE ARE NOT A BOARDING FACILITY WHERE YOU GO AND DROP YOUR DOG OFF ANYTIME WITH 35 OTHER RANDOM DOGS. WE TREAT YOUR DOG AS IF ITS OUR OWN, SUPPLYING THEM WITH A WARM, PLAYFUL AND CARING ENVIRONMENT. WE PRE-SCREEN ALL DOGS BEHAVIOR AND TEMPERAMENT BEFORE WE BRING THEM INTO OUR PACK TO MAKE SURE ALL DOGS ARE SAFE. WE MUST DO A MEET & GREET BEFORE WE WATCH YOUR DOG, AND WE ALSO REQUIRE THAT WE DO AT LEAST ONE DAY OF DAYCARE BEFORE WE BOARD. WE CAN NO LONGER HOST DOGS UNDER 1 YEARS OLD, AND WE WILL NEED TO CHARGE THE PUPPY RATE FOR DOGS 2 AND UNDER. PUPPY RATE IS $60 FOR DAY CARE, AND $85 FOR BOARDING. **PLEASE NOTE** WE CHARGE A $50 CLEANING FEE FOR ANY DOGS THAT MARK IN THE HOUSE, SO IF YOU KNOW YOUR DOG MARKS IN NEW ENVIRONMENTS, PLEASE BRING A DIAPER w/ DISPOSABLE DIAPER LININGS FOR THEM TO WEAR WHILE INDOORS.

We have a big (extremed secured) fenced in yard that you pup will absolutely LOVE running around in all day with our two fur babies. Our back door is open so they can come and go as they please to escape the heat. If you want us to crate your dogs at night for boarding, please bring their crate and / or bed. Please also bring any toys or comfort blankets you might have for them.

We currently only accept 40 lbs & under and are not taking any puppy clients (1 year and younger). We'd like to do a "meet & greet" beforehand to determine expectations of your pup's stay. Please let us know: - any behavioral issues / triggers to be conscious of - any training you'd like to keep up with - feeding schedule - allergies - medications - up-to-date on vaccines - are they potty trained - are they crate trained - where does your dog sleep Please come with: - enough food - crate - any toys, bed, anything that will help your pup acclimate to their new environment quickly
A typical day
Our house is a puppy palace. As soon as they wake up they go on a nice long walk and then it's time for breakfast. The dogs love to go play in our big backyard where they'll chase each around for hours. Our backdoor is always open so the pups can come and go inside and out as they please. Come nighttime we feed the pack and snuggle time begins where we'll watch some TV together or read a nice book to wind down the day.

I have a flexible schedule as a yoga instructor and animal rescuer, while Jonnie works from home as well so your fur child will never be left alone.
