Pet care experience
I’ve owned dogs back at home (Hong Kong) since I was around 9 or 10 and now have 6 dogs (2 toy poodles, 1 Shetland sheepdog, 1 Labrador, 2 huskies) back at home so am very experienced and will be able to give your dog a very cosy environment to stay in! I’m also a vet student currently in fourth year so have lots of knowledge regarding proper husbandry, care and nutrition for small animals. I also have experience at a dog grooming salon and have helped out a lot at dog shelters so have experience with bathing and grooming pets.

Sharita was fantastic with both my goldies. Both relatively young I was a little worried as they can be handful. However I cannot recommend Sharita enough. Friendly and professional, she took the time to get to know the dogs and understand their little nuances and behaviours. I look forward to having Sharita to help dog walking with them both in the future!
Sharita was brilliant and professional, she sent us really consistent updates and loads of pictures. Merlin came back relaxed and was in a great mood for the rest of the day. Highly recommend Sharita.

I don’t have any pets at my current flat so it’s perfect especially if your pet doesn’t get along with others. Every pet I care for, depending on their requirements, will get lots of positive reinforcements, treats (if allowed!) and exercise. I am very flexible in adjusting/catering to your pet’s needs and will definitely be sending updates and photos to you daily so there’s no need to worry.

I would like to know your pet’s daily routine, and how they are around strangers and around other animals. Also would be good to know their personality and any quirks/special needs I should be aware of.
A typical day
Going on walks/hikes, interacting with other dogs (if friendly with others!), cuddling, playing stimulating games i.e using cups and putting treats under them, and letting the dog find which cup the treat is under after shuffling the cups!

Availability
I’m currently in my 4th year of university and have classes that can be accessed online but may have in person practicals to attend at school some days - weekends I will almost always be free, and I’m usually able to meet your pickup/drop off requirements. I have breaks during the school day so I can bring your pet out for walks around the canal or in meadows, or we can just have a nice cuddle break :) During the weekend I usually bring dogs further away like Arthur’s seat to go hiking. If at times I am not at home to look after your pet, no worries I live with my partner, a very reliable 5th year vet student, and he can take over with just as much love! ♡
