I was a dog mom to Tippy, a 6 pound chihuahua with an underbite for 12 years until she passed away on June 8, 2021. My heart wasn’t ready to become a dog mom again so I fostered the sweetest BLIND chihuahua named Diamond for 2.5 months. I was nervous to foster a special needs dog because I had never had one before but it went great! I fell in love with that little dog and didn’t realize giving her up would feel like losing my Tippy all over again. I have so much love to give to animals but since I’m still not ready to have my own, let me take care of and love yours!

I have a fenced in yard with a privacy fence so we won’t have any escape artists! I can also put them on a leash if that’s what they prefer. I do not want to interrupt the pet’s routine so I am happy to keep the routine the same as possible in the sense of, sleeping, eating, crating/non-crating, etc.

Availability
I work Monday-Friday from 8-4:30 but I live 2 miles from work and go home every day for lunch so checking on pets during the day will not be an issue.
