Sharale seems to be very nice. However, she requested that we come pick our dog up early from the reservation because my dog did not get along with her dog. My confusion is why she was unable to separate the two dogs from each other for 6 more hours (my dog is only 25 lbs, for size clarity). She even said that my dog was lovable and affectionate to her, so that was even more confusing. I provided a list of care to her, and I'm not sure if she read it. For example, I left 6 chew sticks for my dog, because I know this helps to occupy her, but upon picking up my dog, all 6 remained. Another example is that I left instructions on a walk schedule, and when I picked up my dog around 11:30, she promptly ran outside to use the bathroom. If she had followed my written instructions, she should have not had to use the bathroom as soon as I arrived. I did a meet and greet with her and my dog at a park, and everything seemed fine, so I'm a bit disappointed that it ended this way. She said that that would contact Rover to refund a bit of money for the early pickup, but I have not seen such request. I wouldn't say that I would not recommend Sharale, but this situation was frustrating, and I hope that other people that take a chance on her have a better experience.

I had to pick up Prince early but she was very understanding and taught me a lot!!!
