Pet care experience
I’ve had dogs since I was a teenager. I’m the go to dog sitter for all of my friends and genuinely enjoy spending time walking and playing with all pups. I also spend a lot of time volunteering with New England Boxer Association and have fostered 4 pups now to their forever home. I’ve foster a lot of difficult, but deserving dogs! I understand that every dog has its own personality and deserves to be heard. Dogs deserve patience, kindness, love and adventure. All which I hope to provide to your pup!

Shantelle was amazing! Very communicative and sent lots of updates on our pup. She was stern with Opal but extremely loving! Opal had the best time on walks, napping with Shantelle and more. 10/10 recommend!
Shantelle is the best!!!! My dog is a little anxious & reactive and she is soooo attentive and patient with him and works with him to make sure he feels comfortable and calm when he’s with her! He always comes home so tired after a day full of playtime, walks, and snuggles, and he loves her so much. With my busy schedule I literally don’t know what I would do if I hadn’t found Shantelle. She is a life saver!!!

Shantelle stayed with our 3 dogs (Sophie, Smokey, and Emma) during our wedding weekend. We have always had family watch our dogs, but needed to find a sitter since our family was at the wedding. Shantelle was simply AMAZING! Our dogs adored her, and hardly seemed to miss us. Shantelle sent us updates and photos of the dogs every couple of hours, so we knew they were in good hands. We were able to fully enjoy our wedding weekend without worrying about our dogs. We will be using Shantelle again! Highly recommend.

Please let me know if your dog walks well on a leash. If it likes other dogs/humans. If they require any special dietary needs or requests. I’m happy to accommodate most if not all doggies but I want to understand their lifestyle before hanging out with them!
A typical day
I love hiking and sunset/sunrise walks! I enjoy taking long walks on trails near my house and even hiking 4k of NH(22/48). I love finding a dog that can go for runs, but hey sometimes we all just need a fast paced walk… or a slow paced! The dog park is one of my favorite places!

Availability
I work from home 100% of the time. I make my own schedule and value a long morning and after noon walk. I love being outside and snuggling with the pups!
