***Please read profile first. If there are any questions that I have not answered please send me a message*** Please read for new clients/pups:::: I will be limiting any new clients/pups! All new pups will need to be cleared with an initial meet and greet and questionnaire before boarding. I do not accept excessive barkers or aggressive dogs. If your pup has any of these behaviors during their stay, I will request an immediate pick up from you or an alternative person. This will also be reported to Rover and proper authorities. Pick up/drop off: For any requests to pick up and drop off, I only do within a 10 mile radius from primary residence. This service will be charged the Rover fee. Any requests for outside of radius will be assessed $1.00 per extra mile. I have always had a dog since I was twelve years old. From puppies, to adult and to the older dogs too. I have cared for multiple senior dogs that required medication, extra care, and love. I am experienced in walking, feeding, cleaning up, washing, playing and providing medicine (if needed) to all types of dogs. I am good at training dogs on basic commands like sit or shake. I have a few certifications like first aid, cpr and pet sitting!

Shantel took good care of Dice. My dog had a great time in her house and we were constantly getting updates and pictures from her. If you want your dog to have fun in a nice house and be surrounded by love, that’s the place to go!
Shantel has taken good care of our furr baby Ramen. It’s our first time trying Rover and we’re glad we found her. Ramen was able to get along with her and her family, including her dogs. She makes sure the dogs get enough exercise and attention. She always updates us with photos and is very open and communicative. I can say that Ramen for sure enjoyed his stay at your home and will surely miss everyone specially Thor! We would definitely book her again! I like to limit the amount of pups I have to ensure the pups we are taking care of have enough love, are safe, gets a lot of attention and cuddles all around! Therefore, I am blocked or booked out I have reached my limit. As for our home, we have a large, fenced backyard almost over 2,500 sq. Ft for the pups to run around. Plenty of room to run around and play inside if doggies want to hang out and play inside. There are gates so if pups want their own space we can do that too! We are fully stocked with leaches, bowls, beds, doggie toys, a few extra crates for multiple sizes and lots of affection from myself and my family.

I do get a bunch of inquiries and that takes away time from the pups I watch daily so please only ask question(s) if I didn’t answer them in my profile. ** I live in Canyon Hills of Lake Elsinore so please be sure you are okay with traveling to my home prior. I am able to to do drop offs but will only do within a 20 miles radius from my location. If you require a longer distance for drop off, please message me so that I can see if I am available. If I am available to drop off or pick up, rate will be based off of the IRS miles/gallon rate and not Rover. This rate covers: wear and tear on vehicle, time, gas, and convenience for you. Please let me know if you dog has any dietary needs or any medications they are using. I have experience in caring for elderly, dogs that are taking medication, and dogs with health issues (seizures, arthritis, etc) and extra care if they have arthritis, etc. If you send an inquiry and have not responded back this does not guarantee your pups is set on my calendar. Only a confirmed appointment and booking does. I always send a follow up to all of my inquiries as a one time courtesy but I do not hear back within 24 hours I will decline your request and you will need to start a new one. Request for dates are not guaranteed therefore requesting a ahead of time is ideal. If it is a last minute request, I will try my best to accommodate but like I said, I do get books out ahead of time with on Rover and my regular clients so please only serious inquiries.
A typical day
I love to be active with you dog with play-time, running around the yard, walking and taking in the smells and sounds of the outside, petting and cuddling. Typical day starts off with breakfast if they haven’t ate, then after wards we head outside right they need to potty and some outdoor play time. If it is too hot, I like to stagger outdoor play between inside and outside. Ice chips and cubes are a must for my pups so they can enjoy a bowl of ice for a hot day. Cold? No problem, we will make sure we do a lot of active time to warm them up and cuddle back in for movie night. During bedtime, I want to make sure they are comfortable so however you want them, we make that happen.

Availability
I am a stay-at-home mom and able to give your pet all the attention. I do not believe in crating or kenneling your pup, unless requested by you of course. All dogs are free to roam the downstairs from kitchen, living area, front room, kids area, etc. I am dependable on checking in on them at your home. No matter what their needs are, I and my family are there to give them the attention and love while you are away. Tyicpal day includes lots of playtime in or out. We do have gates around for our toddler but it helps if some dogs want some alone time. We have lots of toys for them to play with that includes balls, soft toys, aggressive chewers, bones, etc. If weather permits and on dog, walks maybe included for long stays. At night, we keep the same routine from home so weather it is on their bed, floor, carpet, couch, or crate we make it the same. I try my best to capture all the fun, cuteness and sometimes craziness of the pup life and send it to you throughout the day. We want your pup to be comfortable able, safe and have tons of fun while you are away!
