From big to small, we've loved them all. We owned a Golden Retriever (who passed away of old age) and currently own a little Boston mix that we rescued. Our two older dog-loving teens both volunteered for years at Save-a-Pet in Grayslake, IL. Our eldest not only earned his Eagle Scout award with his project benefiting Save-a-Pet, but he also spent two years as a weekly dog-walker, traveling to his client's home to walk and care for their Goldendoodle. Please note that, for the safety of your pet and ours, we do not accept stays without a meet-and-greet at least one day in advance. (In other words, no last-minute "Can you take my dog today because my flight leaves at 6PM?" unless you're a return client.) My experience administering medication We are comfortable administering any oral or topical medications; however, injectables are beyond our expertise.
