Shannon was great! We felt very safe having our dog there, especially as she still a puppy and it was our first time leaving her with anyone. She was really good at communicating with photos and updates. Would use her again!
My little guy is very old and his cancer is back so of course I’m always nervous working with a new person but Shannon texted me right away to let me know how he was doing.
Shannon is absolutely amazing. I've never left my 10 year old dog with anyone besides family or someone I knew personally as she is like a kid to me. I could tell the moment I met Shannon and she met my dog that it was going to be a good match up. She took very good care of her, sent me pictures, kept me updated. I've already scheduled my next boarding visit with her. 100% satisfied
