I spent my childhood taking care of a family dog and for the last six months my fiancé and I have been fosters for Rural Dogs Rescue in Capitol Hill. I (Shannon) am a graduate student at GW and work roughly 20 hours a week so I have some flexibility in my schedule which will allow me to be at home or available to attend to a dog. We both have experience working with senior dogs and with puppies. We have been avid dog lovers for our entire lives so we promise we'll be great friends for your dog! I am easily reachable by phone/text and I will happily send you pictures and videos while you're out of town to keep you updated on your dog's day to day activities!
