Pet care experience
I've grown up with dogs (large breed mostly) my whole life... puppies, adults, and seniors too! I currently have a 1 year-old lab/collie mix named Josie and a 4 year-old cat named Cava. I work from home, so pet care is very easy for me! I am available to take the pups out as often as they need it, with lots of walks and attention throughout the day. I have a 1 year-old rescue pup named Josie who loves to play with new friends! We typically play fetch in the backyard or head to the dog park to get zoomies out. Lots of walks around the neighborhood throughout the day!

Shannon did a wonderful job taking care of our older cat…she is very responsive to any questions or concerns that we had as well as to our sweet kitty. You can tell from the moment you meet Shannon that she is an “animal person”….once we met, I knew I had that right person for the job!!

A typical day
I love to go swimming, hiking, and exploring with the pups! There are a bunch of dog parks we frequent around Steamboat, but if that isn't your dog's jam, that is okay! Long walks around the mountain, tug of war, and fetch are always on the table in our house.
