Pet care experience
I grew up caring for my family dog Sadie, and have always been a lover of all animals. Now in my adulthood, I am always the go-to friends when someone needs a dog-sitter. When they leave their pet with me, they know their furry friend will be showered in lots of love and of walks! I'm great with dogs of all sizes as long as they are generally leash trained. Can't wait to meet you!

Shannon has a sweetness and connection with all animals. I've seen her take in and care for dogs of all sizes, ages, and temperaments as well as cats and even plants. She is extremely caring and loving and derives immense joy just from responsibly caring for living things. She follows instructions very well from each specific owner as to how they want their pet to be treated and cared for. I'm very grateful to have had her help in taking care of my dogs and cat and she has also been an immense help when I am dog sitting and need a backup. I feel so comfortable placing any animal in her care knowing that that animal will have a loving, calm, and responsible presence while under her care. Your pet is in great hands with Shannon!
Shannon is the sweetest dog sitter I've asked to watch my dogs. She was quick to respond and kept me up to date with everything. I've reused her services again and again and always know my sweet babies will be loved, cared for and SAFE! Highly highly recommend.
Shannon helped me raise my now two year old Pomeranian/Papillon mix named Margot. From 8 weeks old to about 8 month, she would watch my little angel all day, every day while I was working. Shannon is high energy and great at making sure Margot got lots of exercise and one-on-one playtime. Anytime I go out of town, there is no one else I trust to watch my pup than Shannon. Honest, loving, and fun, Shannon would be the perfect dog walker for you!!

I am very hands on, I love getting to know and hanging out with dogs and cats. When your pet is with me, they will be my number one priority. If your dog likes to socialize and play there will be lots of adventures outside. Or if your pet is more of a homebody, I love to snuggle up on the couch for belly rubs!

Let me know if your dog has any special dietary schedules, requirements, medications - my dog had a lot of health issues in her old age and would require a homemade meal mixed in with special medication twice a day, so I have plenty experience caring for pets with special dietary requirements. Additionally, if your dog has any leash/socializing requirements or specifications these would be helpful to know ahead of time if we are planning on going to the park.
A typical day
I love going for walks, so if your dog like to socialize and play outside we could spend entire days adventuring. Plenty of playtime, love playing fetch and tug of war, and of course lots of pets and scratches!

My schedule is very flexible, pet care will not interfere with my daily or weekly routine at all. I am available both weekdays and weekends.
