Pet care experience
I’m my family’s default pet sitter because they know and trust that I sincerely, wholeheartedly love their pets. Every animal I take care of becomes a member of my extended family. I’ve been caring for other peoples’ animals since I was a little kid, and I’ve also helped my immediate family raise animals of our own. I’m not a “dog person” or a “cat person.” I love them all equally and infinitely!

Shannon has been an excellent pet caretaker for my dogs and cat. She shows kindness, attentiveness and truly enjoys animals. I am sorry she does not live closer, and sincerely feel that whoever is fortunate enough to have her will be rewarded with pet care well done!
Shannon is a natural with dogs and very intuitive. She has taken care of my dog for years and my dog can’t wait to see her and loves going on walks, hikes and even runs with her. She is very reliable and responsible.

I’m happy to let dogs play in my fenced-in (high fence!) yard, but prefer to pet sit in the animals’ homes. They’re usually more comfortable that way! I treat them with care and affection, and will follow your house rules. :)

Availability
I work remotely ~3 days a week and have a lot of flexibility in my schedule. I’m available for morning, lunchtime or afternoon walks most weekdays, longer walks on weekends. For boarding and pet-sitting, I’m especially available on weekends, but can plan my work-from-home days around certain schedules so I get more time with your pet!
