I feel very blessed to have always had at least one dog in my home (as well as two cats for many years). From 8lbs all the way up to 70lbs I’ve lived with and loved them all. I also am a volunteer with LA Animal Services where I am a qualified dog and cat handler. I’m currently a dog mom to my sweet boy Charlie. I’ve been working from home since the pandemic began which has made it so easy to spend time with my fur baby and I can’t wait to meet more! I love trying out healthy homemade treats, going outside, and trying out different enrichment activities.

Shannon took great care of my boy for 10 days while I was traveling. It was his very first time staying away from his family, but Shannon made him feel at home. She kept me updated with texts and pics. I felt comfortable leaving my baby in her hands. Highly recommend!

I live in an apartment which is ideal for any escape artist dogs or ones not used to going out in a yard. I also have a balcony for those that love lounging in the sun. I always walk dogs on the leash and my apartment complex has a personal off leash dog park area. My dog tends to get into paper or plastic bags sitting out so I keep it very clean with anything that dogs shouldn’t be getting into, out of reach.

A typical day
I’m always willing to adjust my day based on the energy level of the dogs I sit. We typically go to the dog park at least every weekend and love to go on hikes or the dog beach. I also love to make healthy homemade treats and provide fun, sensory enrichment activities for dogs.

Pet care has been easy since the pandemic as I work full time from my dining room table. I walk my dog, Charlie, 4 times a day, and when we aren’t outside we are cuddling on the couch.
