Hi! My fiance Anthony and I live in a 2 bedroom condo in Arvada. We have both had dogs throughout our life, but don't have any right now. We are trying to save up a down payment to buy a home with a yard so we can adopt a new furbaby :) So right now yours won't have any competition for my attention. I do also have a “day job” like we all do just to pay the bills but would much rather spend my time playing with pups if I could. My schedule is 6am-2pm mon through fri. Hopefully that schedule works for most of our furry friends! I have trails and a lake nearby and am about a 15 minute drive to a mountain trail for dogs that like to hike. I love getting out and walking or jogging so I'm up for longer walks if your dog has lots of energy to burn and i'm totally fine with shorter walks if your BFF is a little older or tires quickly. I've done volunteer work at Foothills animal shelter and am comfortable with all sizes of dogs. I've lived with a yellow lab, siberian husky and golden retriever mix in the past. Dogs/ Cats are always welcome in my home or I'm available for travel sitting if you prefer your pet to be more comfortable at home. I think dogs are the most fun back seat drivers so I'm available for pickup and drop off if it makes it more convenient. I'll do my best to follow any routine or rules that you have set for your loved one so they don't get confused and return to you like the grand kids that just dipped into 100 pieces of candy at grandmas. :) I have a little experience with giving medication in pill form but have not been trained in administering injections. Can't wait to meet you and your best friend!
