Pet care experience
I've had multiple pets for the past 15 years. My husband and I have 3 cats and recently just adopted a 3 month old German Shepherd/Rottweiler pup that we’re absolutely in love with. I understand the importance of having play time for pets and will be more than willing to play a near endless game of fetch and anything else to help stretch their legs - and if your furbabies prefer to just snuggle for a bit and get some love, I am perfectly content with that, too! I am currently living in Green Park and have flexible availability, including both weekdays and weekends. I am able and willing to pet-sit, as well. My home is fenced 3/4 of the way and we have a tether in the backyard if necessary. If your pet does better in a crate, I am okay with doing this as well if it is what you do in your own environment. Anything I can do to keep your pet on their normal routine with you is what I strive to do. Consistency helps a lot with pets being in a different environment or just with a different person in general.

A typical day
I love being able to take dogs outside to walk and play, so if it’s a nice day out, you can guarantee that’s what we’ll be doing. There is a nice sized park by my home that I frequently go to with my own pup for training walks and playing in the large field. I also enjoy providing mentally stimulating activities that promote sniffing out treats, using noses, and figuring out treat puzzles.

I will be working solely from home starting in August. I currently am only working in-person on Tuesday and Thursday, so I have plenty of flexibility to meet your pets’ needs.
