Getting out into the fresh air is a daily necessity for me - I grew up with a golden and a yellow lab and I miss them dearly! Dog-sitting is the closest thing to having my own pup that I can play with and care for. The loyalty and excitement dogs show for you when you give them the right kind of attention is such a rewarding feeling! Other than dog-sitting, I enjoy cooking, riding my bike, & the PacNW. I provide a clean and neat household & I bring the same behavior to the homes that I stay in while I dog-sit.

Shannon did a great job watching Tyler for us at our home! She was very responsible and made me feel at ease with her vast pet-sitting experience and genuine love for dogs. If the dog is a puppy, are they house-broken? I need to be aware of any medications or bandaging a dog may need... how they do with car rides, etc. I have a questionnaire I can provide for my clients.
A typical day
Walks will definitely occur since I walk a ton on my own! I also have access to a couple of different doggy parks so if the owner is okay with socializing, we will go to the park. I am happy to bring dogs with me to outdoor restaurants & the beach.
