Pet care experience
I've taken care of dogs and cats and animals of nearly every kind since I was 10 years old. Neighbors and friends have relied on me to walk, feed, play, pet, brush, socialize, some training and look after them even overnight at my home for several weeks.

Shannon is a compassionate cat and dog lover. We had her take care of our four cats. The cats loved her. I could tell because I have had other cat sitters before that did not spend the extra time with my cats. The cats left me poop surprises because they did not like who was taking care of them. When Shannon took care of my cats they were happy and acted like we never left. When Shannon came over to visit - they were all over her demanding love. That was so nice to see. Shannon is the best and we will gladly hire her for our next trip.
Shannon loves all animals. She took care of my 2 dogs as if they were hers and I would trust my dogs to no one else!
Shannon has cared for both of our dogs on many occasions. She is loving, caring, and very attentive! Our dogs love her! They are always happy and their tails are very Waggy when she arrives! Shannon is an extremely trustworthy individual.

I'd love to stop by your place so as to keep your pets happier in their own territory. As for drop-ins, for dogs I'll begin with a walk after they've gotten familiar with my presence. They will be walked by my left side on a shortened leash to ensure they are obedient and safe during the walk. Then according to their feeding schedule, I'll ensure they are fed and watered before giving them affection, brushing and potentially playtime. For cat drop-ins I'll ensure their litter boxes are scooped clean, then check their water and food dishes according to their schedule. Once those are done, I'll give affection, brushing and playtime.

A typical day
I stimulate dogs both mentally and physically through long walks around the neighborhood or vists to parks and dog parks. I also stimulate them through playing with toys and basic obediance training. For cats I will stimulate them with their favorite toys, brushing, petting and sounds of birds.

Availability
I'm currently available part-time as I'm in transition to finding my next job in Safety. I'm available between 9-5pm weekdays unless I'm out of town, I'm available for dog walking and drop-ins.
