Pet care experience
I’ve taken care of two dogs for 21 years now. I love my dogs, my friends dogs, my neighbors dogs, even strangers dogs. From the time I was little until now I am always the girl who asks strangers to pet their dogs! Dogs 101 was my everyday show when I was younger. I have many different experiences with multiple breeds and sizes of dogs. I always house sit for my aunt every summer when she goes to Florida for a month for her two dogs. I take care of my dogs while my parents are at work as well. All around I love dogs and being with them, they are my favorite animal.

Every time I go on vacation, have an event, or just need a break for a little while we call Shannon right away to come take care of our 3 dogs. She knows exactly what to do and she was a quick learner when we told her how to handle them (they are big dogs). She would walk them, feed them, and always make sure they were safe. Our dogs would go crazy when they would see her walking up our front steps because they knew they were going to be in good hands while we were gone. I would recommend Shannon to any family with any dog. If you need good help and someone who will follow your directions and make sure your animals are safe and happy, she is the right girl for you.

It is important for me to know if the dog has any triggers. I know my old dog would never bite until you tried to take her plate of food away then she would snap. I would like to know if there is anything that makes your dog snap or if they are violent. Also it would be helpful to know if they get alone well with other people, children, and other dogs for when I am walking them and we run into circumstances such as that. Also if the dog has any injuries or long term health conditions.
A typical day
I am very active! I will always play outside in the fresh air with them, take them on walks, hikes, and even swimming if that is okay. I know a lot of dogs just love love love the outside but if your dog would rather sit in the ac I will hangout and keep them company while giving them the best belly rub!
