Pet care experience
I've been involved with animals for almost 20 yrs. We have had cats, dogs, birds, hamsters and guinea pigs you names it!! Rescues and breed they were all loved and special. An animal becomes a part of the family, we want to protect them and give them the best. I love all animals as if they were mine. I'm currently a stay at home mom. Ive been a Medical Assistant for 3 years and now I'm attending online college to obtain my RN to further my career in the medical field. I love staying busy and love animals so this was a win/win for me. I do have a large backyard, however it is not fenced in. Your pup would need to be collar trained as mine is. Their is a dog park near my home that we frequently use. Plenty of beautiful trails to walk. So if the fencing is an issue we have plenty of options for fun and exercise.

Shannon does a wonderful job caring for my boy, Jake. She takes great photos of him while they are out, and writes nicely detailed summaries of their walks. My mind rests a easier while i’m at work knowing Shannon will be by to walk Jake.
I am writing this testimonial for Shannon P. Shannon is a very trust worthy, hardworking and caring person. I see her interact with her son, family members and her pets. Shannon is someone an owner of a pet would never have to worry about neglecting or mistreating an animal. She is very compassionate and loving and treats her own pets as part of the family. I lost my little Buddy Hank a year ago, he was my soul mate. If I had to leave and was unable to take him with me for a week I would definitely have felt very confident that Shannon would have loved him as I did.I was fortunate enough to take him to work with me at the Firehouse, but if I couldn't, I know Shannon would have been here every day to let him out, take him on walks and give him the attention I would give him. I feel anyone who would hire Shannon to take care of their pets would feel very at ease knowing she was watching out for their furry friend.

Dog/puppy must be potty trained if staying with us. If beeper/buzz collars are utilized that is a plus. Loki uses one as our yard isn't fenced in. If not we have a very long lead your baby can potty with and still get their wiggles out loki used it until he was familiar with our home. We need the dog to be friendly with other animals and kids i have a 10 year old. Really not a whole lot to it. Just bring their smiles, wiggle butts and zoomies we can do the rest.
A typical day
We live in a quiet neighborhood that I love to walk my dog Loki in. But we have a dog park and trails nearby that we utilize often. We love to play in our large backyard and rest in the shade of the huge trees when we get tired. Loki enjoys sprinklers and kiddie pools.
