Wfh sitters with two yellow labs!
Pet care experience
I have had dogs of all sizes my entire life, constantly watch my friend’s dogs and have been a foster to giant breeds as well as puppies. I am a dog owner to two friendly and playful yellow labs. My boyfriend Sean and I work from home full time and schedule time outside with the dogs every two hours. Every morning and evening is an hour long walk with lots of playtime during the day. We have a large fenced-in backyard that’s perfect for zoomies and a baby pool in the summer for the dogs to cool off. When weather allows I or Sean spend 1/3 of the work day outside to allow the dogs to play while still being watched. Our yellow lab has been with countless friend’s dogs as well as fosters and she is truly the easiest dog to get along with. We will take wonderful care of your fur babies!

Shannon was amazing! Waldo lived his best life at her house while I was away for a few days. She ran, hiked and walked him a bunch which was perfect. He was a happy, tired guy when I picked him up. Will absolutely reach out to her again to help watch him in the future.

We have a fenced in backyard where the dogs spend a lot of their time, and all furniture is dog friendly when the pups want to relax. Whether daycare or boarding, the dogs are entertained and cared for.

Let me know if your dog needs any medications administered, is a resource guarder or has any behaviors that need close monitoring when the dogs are freely together. If your dog has issues with hiking or running for periods of time, please let us know to ensure we monitor the exercise level. Also please let me know if your dog is an escape artist- I will ensure the dog is not out of my sight when outside in the backyard.
A typical day
Every morning the dog(s) go out for potty breaks and then a long walk to start the day. Throughout the day they can go outside as needed, with at least 2 hours during the workday outside. After work we go on a long walk to Sunset park and additional time in the backyard for zoomies and playtime.

Availability
Sean and I WFH full time so there is always someone here to watch, walk and let the dogs out. If your dog likes to run, he/she can join a morning run with Sean or have a long walk with Shannon. We aim to spend 1/4 of the work day outside to give the dogs lots of outside time. The weekends can range from hanging at home, hiking or heading to cherry creek off leash dog park.
