Pet care experience
Positive, energetic, and ready to play with your pets! My family now includes an adult cat and a young golden retriever, and I have grown up with dogs and cats. I have pet sat for neighbors and friends’ pets many times including larger dogs, and cuddly cats. I’ve taken care of lizards and small rodents. I can care for your furry (or non-furry) family. I recently graduated nursing school and am waiting to start my new job, so spending time with more animals would keep me busy and active. Working all day and your pets need company? I can be there. Going on a fun trip to the city or the mountains and can’t take the dog? I can walk them, feed them, play with them, walk or run them. Injured or sick and and your dog has puppy dog eyes because they just want to play some fetch? I love fetch. I look forward to meeting your family.

I have a fenced yard of 2 acres and a friendly dog to keep your fur baby company! I utilize harnesses and leashes when on adventures. When other dogs are over and they are still getting to know each other, I supervise their play but give them the freedom to be dogs. We go on walks and runs, hikes, have chill beach days, or days at home doing yard work together. My cat has gotten lazy as his age goes up, but we still get time to cuddle and play together.

I do not have breed preferences, but I would like to know what to expect before meeting your fur-baby. How are they on a leash? How are they with other dogs? How old are they and how much walking can they handle?
A typical day
We can walk, run, sunbathe at the beach, play in the river, play fetch or frisbee. Let’s get playing outside! My dog’s favorite places include water but any trail will do.

I will be starting a full time job in a weeks, but for now I am completely available. I prefer morning and afternoon times, but am flexible if needed.
