Pet care experience
I am an active, outgoing dog lover who would make sure all their needs are met. I have always had a dog of my own growing up, and we would go on hikes, car rides, etc. to have fun together. I even taught my dog, Kobe, to howl like a wolf on command so it's a pretty neat party trick; I may be able to teach other dogs new tricks as well. I am new to the Raleigh area, so I would like to use my love for dogs to learn more about the city. I am currently available full-time, however I am not available after 6pm. Otherwise I am an early riser! I love to make sure that my pets are active, happy, and healthy by providing the best care I possibly can.

Shannon was a wonderful sitter for my dog Beesly. Beesly is a rescue & very attached to us but Shannon spent lots of time with her and listened to all our tips for taking care of her overnight. She's very caring and pays attention to the dogs needs which was very reassuring. Would definitely not hesitate to have her take care of our dog again.
I would highly recommend Shannon as a dog sitter. Her love and compassion for animals is truly extraordinary. She is the type of individual who would put any needs whether it be for an animal or a human being before herself. She has a love for the outdoors and always has such a confidence about herself. You would never have to worry about your furbaby when they are in the hands of Shannon. I would consider them a one lucky dog if they got to spend some time with her. I would totally trust my german shepherd Zoey with her at any point and anytime. I highly recommend her!!!!
Shannon is an extremely responsible young lady. Her love of pets started at a very young age. Living in a rural area she was exposed to many different animals and her first love was horses. Her parents have always been pet owners and treat them just like family. Shannon has a big heart and her love for animals is undying.
Shannon would make an excellent pet sitter because she truly cares for all animals. She is kind and very patient. She is active so the animals would not be stuck inside all day. Having Shannon as a pet sitter would be great for not only the animals, but for her as well. She woukd treat your dog as you treat your dog. Whether she watches them for 2 days or 2 hours her heart will fill up with as much love for the dogs as yours when you first saw them and knew they were the one you wanted in your life.
