If I could leave a negative star I would. From the beginning Shannon proved to be a problem sitter. She decided the day before she was to sit, that she forgot it was Labor Day weekend and would cancel my stay and rebook at a higher price. When that wasn't allowed she agreed to continue. I gave her very specific directions regarding my dogs. When I asked her what time she would show up she said she was on her way. Hours later she had still not shown up. I finally decided to have her replaced when she messaged me stating that she wasn't making enough money to sit my dogs. This is a nightmare no pet owner wants to deal with but especially when traveling abroad. Take my warning and do not use her!

Shannon was a lifesaver! She walked my dog for a couple of days and went above and beyond to make sure that my pup was happy and comfortable. She was also very communicative with me throughout the day and very willing to work with my schedule and needs. I'm more than happy that Rogue and I got the chance to meet her! We would definitely book with Shannon again :)
